Return Policy

If an item in your order is damaged or defective, please contact me at shopdorodesigns@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please include both your name and order number! 

Due to every piece being handmade-to-order, all sales are final. I thank you for understanding. 

If you ordered the wrong size, I will gladly re-string the item to your preferred size, however, you will be responsible for shipping both ways and a $5 re-stringing fee.
